As a Performance Marketing Lead within Worldwide Consumer Services and Solutions (CSS) Marketing, you are responsible for defining and driving data-led, cross-channel marketing strategies that deliver measurable business growth for subscription-based services.
You own the development and execution of performance marketing strategies, optimizing for customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth. You leverage data, experimentation, and insights to continuously refine marketing approaches, ensuring campaigns are both efficient and effective.
You act as a key connector across teams, partnering closely with Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, WW Market Marketing, and agency partners to ensure performance strategies are aligned with product positioning, creative execution, and market needs.
This role requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, combining deep expertise in performance marketing with strong cross-functional collaboration to drive impact across the full customer journey.
Key Responsibilities
Define and drive cross-channel performance marketing strategies to support customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth for subscription services
Own the planning, execution, and optimization of campaigns, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Develop global forecasts, set performance targets, and track progress against key business metrics
Build business cases for incremental investment, using data and performance insights to justify funding and drive growth
Leverage data, insights, and experimentation to continuously optimize performance, driving improvements in efficiency, conversion, and ROI
Develop and implement structured test-and-learn frameworks to refine targeting, messaging, and channel strategies
Analyze market, customer, and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform strategy
Translate data and insights into clear recommendations that influence marketing, product, and customer experience decisions
Identify gaps in performance marketing systems, tracking, and reporting, and define solutions to improve data availability, measurement accuracy, and visibility into performance
Partner with analytics, engineering, and cross-functional teams to implement scalable tracking, reporting, and measurement frameworks where needed
Partner closely with Product Marketing and Creative Strategy teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with product positioning and messaging
Collaborate with WW Market Marketing teams to ensure strategies are effectively executed and optimized across global markets
Manage agency and vendor relationships, providing clear direction and ensuring delivery against performance goals
Ensure campaigns are executed to a high standard, with strong attention to detail and operational rigor
Monitor performance against key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
Present performance results, learnings, and recommendations to senior leadership
Drive alignment across stakeholders, influencing decision-making and ensuring clarity on priorities, timelines, and performance outcomes
Qualifications and Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required (Marketing, Business Administration, or related field); MBA a plus
6–8+ years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or growth marketing, ideally within technology, SaaS, or subscription-based services
Proven track record of developing and executing performance marketing strategies that drive measurable business outcomes
Strong expertise across performance marketing channels, with a deep understanding of acquisition and conversion optimization
Strong understanding of key performance metrics, including CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and ROI, and how to optimize against them
Experience leveraging data, analytics, and testing to drive continuous performance improvement
Strong understanding of e-commerce environments and user experience optimization
Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across Product Marketing, Creative Strategy, WW Market Marketing, and agency partners
Strong communication skills, with the ability to present data, insights, and recommendations clearly to stakeholders
Experience managing agency and vendor relationships
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to manage complexity
Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset and strong sense of ownership
