Objective of the position:
Facilitate the implementation of clear and achievable Human Resources projects and programs, based on corporate procedures and methodologies, in order to generate value directly or indirectly, ensuring that each project is aligned with the overall company's strategy and respecting the limitations of scope, time and resources.

Main Functions:
- -Act as a key liaison between other departments and Project Management offices to ensure alignment of people-oriented strategies with corporate projects.
- -Evaluate and oversee the development of projects and ensure that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently according to the Project Plan and aligned with the companys' strategy and are meeting company standards, budget and deadlines.
- -Support OPT Director, managing the design, develop and delivery of strategies and team objectives, in compliance with corporate policies and contributing to executive decision-making.
- -Advise the team members for the development of action plans and definition of deliverables at each stage of their projects, according to the used methodology and project management system, ensuring the quality of deliverables and the project management process.
- -Manage KPIs to drive the efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability of goals in alignment with the corporate strategy ensuring accurate and reliable data to support high-level decision-making.
- -Design and facilitate training activities in topics related to Strategic Management, Project Management, Business Case, to ensure optimal use of resources, control of the financial budget, consistency in planning and execution, as well as to meet quality expectations.
- -Standardize the execution of projects in order to maintain control, coordination, and reporting of scope, change, cost, risk, and quality across all projects as well as maintaining productivity.
- -Manage the annual strategic planning of HR, in order to ensure compliance in a timely way as well as its alignment with the company's overall strategy. Coordinate follow up sessions with Steercos and Leadership Team (MexCom, OPT LT, DTNA) to present project's progress and results.
