What would you do? The Learning Admin Associate supports the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development programs. This role focuses on learning administration and scheduling activities, ensuring accurate LMS updates, timely coordination with instructors and vendors, and smooth delivery of training programs. The associate works under guidance while ensuring high data accuracy, adherence to learning processes, and effective stakeholder communication. ed workforce.
What are we looking for? "•Relevant years of experience in Learning Administration, Scheduling, HR operations, or a coordination/support role. • Exposure to LMS platforms - SuccessFactors & ClearXP)" •• Bachelor’s degree (B.A / B.Com / B.Sc / B.Tech or equivalent). •"Must be open to Australian shift timings: (9 am to 5 pm) Australian time" "• Basic understanding of Learning Administration and Scheduling processes. • Hands-on exposure to Learning Management Systems (SuccessFactors & ClearXP) • Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word. • Ability to work with large volumes of data with high accuracy. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Strong organizational and time-management skills. • Attention to detail and quality-driven mindset. • Customer service orientation and ability to work with global stakeholders. • Willingness to learn and adapt to multiple learning platforms and processes."
Roles and Responsibilities: •"• Support scheduling and coordination of internal and external learning programs. • Update and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) including course setup, enrollments, attendance, and completion tracking. • Coordinate with instructors, trainers, vendors, and facilities to confirm training logistics. • Book training venues, virtual sessions, and required learning resources as per schedules. • Respond to learning administration and scheduling queries within defined timelines. • Communicate training schedules, changes, and updates to stakeholders accurately and on time. • Monitor schedules and escalate conflicts or issues to the Scheduling Team Lead when required. • Maintain learning records, reports, and documentation with high accuracy. • Perform basic reporting on training activities and participation metrics. • Support continuous improvement initiatives within learning administration processes."
