Inside Sales Representative

Guardian Tax | Irvine, CA | Full-Time | On-Site

Guardian Tax is seeking motivated Inside Sales Representatives to join our growing Irvine sales team. We are looking for confident sales professionals who can build rapport quickly, lead effective sales conversations, handle objections, and guide qualified prospects toward the right solution.

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work with individuals who have already reached out for assistance with IRS and tax debt concerns. No cold calling required—your focus will be on understanding each individual’s needs, presenting solutions, and guiding them through the sales process.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
• Understand each individual’s needs and recommend appropriate solutions
• Present solutions clearly and confidently
• Address questions and objections throughout the sales process
• Follow up with opportunities and maintain an active pipeline
• Consistently achieve individual and team sales goals

Qualifications

• 6+ months of sales experience
• Strong communication and active listening skills
• Ability to handle objections and confidently close sales
• Competitive, motivated, and results-oriented mindset
• Comfortable working in a high-volume sales environment

Schedule & Location

On-Site Position | Irvine, CA

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday shift per month
