This is an opportunity to partner with an experienced clinical team, create an exceptional patient experience, and help drive the continued growth and success of the practice. Based on the existing opening details, this is a full-time, Monday–Friday leadership role with team bonus opportunities and comprehensive benefits. What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team
- Foster a positive, patient-focused office culture
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and workflow efficiency
- Manage insurance claims, billing, and collections processes
- Partner with providers and leadership to achieve practice goals
- Deliver an outstanding patient experience from start to finish
- Dental office leadership experience
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience with billing and tracing dental claims
- Ability to motivate teams and drive results
- Experience with Open Dental software preferred
