Job Description:
This job is responsible for resolving day-to-day complex problems, researching, and executing on complex transactions for multiple sites or larger business unit(s). Key responsibilities include leading the design, development, and implementation of products, systems, processes, and services using discretion within the project management methodologies, with a focus on continuous improvement.

LOB Job Description:
This position will be responsible for leading and tracking various project, initiative, change management and procedure related duties across all four units within the Team Poulin organization (CVL Insurance, Estate, Recovery, and Remarketing). It will be a fast paced and dynamic role that will directly support the Sr. Group Operations Manager to initiate & drive various projects, initiatives, procedural updates, and other various duties and tasks as they arise. Listed below are some of the responsibilities required:
Drive projects & initiatives that improve performance & process efficiency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Address real-time needs of various teams, and complete administrative tasks timely.
Identify and manage solutions for emerging risks within each team and escalate through the appropriate channels.
Participate in broader initiatives to drive consistency and enhancements across each business.
Working closely and effectively with Credit Assistance leadership and stakeholder partners.
Assist with coaching employees to meet production targets, enhance efficiency, and deliver high-quality interactions while ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements.
Provide performance and process execution feedback to employees across various teams
Comply with regulations, Bank procedures, ethical/integrity expectations, and financial/reporting controls
Required Skills:
