Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform technical supply management support related to inventory management, storage management, cataloging, property utilization, and other depot, local, or program-level supply activities.
- Process and track supply actions, including issue and receipt processing, requisition tracking, material staging, parts accountability, hand-receipt support, RMA tracking, and supply documentation.
- Apply working knowledge of governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and established guidelines to resolve routine supply issues.
- Collect and review data, define supply problems, verify facts, and recommend or take action based on applicable procedures and standardized guidance.
- Support stable or standardized segments of supply operations by managing individual case problems, supply transactions, documentation updates, and commodity- or function-specific assignments.
- Maintain accurate records in Government-approved systems of record, logistics databases, inventory management software, spreadsheets, and program tracking tools.
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, maintenance, Government, OEM, and contractor personnel to support parts availability, inventory accuracy, and timely completion of supply actions.
- Support physical inventories, property accountability, warehouse coordination, shipping and receiving documentation, material movement, and transportation support as required.
- Maintain compliance with safety, security, CUI, property accountability, inventory control, and applicable program procedures.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required; associate degree, logistics training, military supply training, or related certification preferred.
- Proven experience working in a warehouse, supply, inventory control, logistics, material management, property accountability, or related support environment.
- Valid Forklift Operator Certification required.
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer literacy, including experience with inventory management software, logistics systems, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Outlook, and related tracking tools.
- Good working knowledge of supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, and established guidelines.
- Ability to understand the needs of the supported organization and apply established procedures to routine supply problems and case-specific actions.
- Analytical ability to define or recognize supply problems, collect necessary data, establish facts, and recommend action based on established guidelines.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate supply and inventory records.
- Qualified applicants must be able to pass a background check.
- Active Secret clearance required.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Forklift experience, HazMat awareness, DoD logistics experience, robotics sustainment experience, or Government contracting experience preferred.
