Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Purple Cow Recruiting, is hiring a Family Medicine Physician for Community Health Programs, Inc. in Great Barrington, Massachusetts.
POSITION OVERVIEW
- Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients across the lifespan.
- Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, wellness services, and acute illness treatment.
- Build long-term patient relationships within a collaborative, multidisciplinary care model.
- Partner with nursing, behavioral health, and specialty providers to coordinate high-quality patient care.
- Participate in limited shared call rotation with additional stipend compensation.
- Practice within an established outpatient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff.

Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine.
- Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure.
- Ability to provide comprehensive outpatient primary care.
- Commitment to preventive medicine and chronic disease management.
- Excellent communication and collaborative practice skills.
