What are we looking for? 

-拥有 3–5 年同类岗位工作经验，掌握设备机械原理，具备丰富的食品机械及洁净设计知识
-精通设备维护策略制定工具EMS，掌握项目管理Engineering Working Process流程，熟悉项目全周期管理
-熟悉可靠性相关的各类Q&FS Global standard和安全/环境 Global Standard
-具备出色的问题解决能力与项目管理能力
-熟练使用电脑，能操作 SAP 系统、微软办公套件（Excel、Word、PPT）及各类生产计划系统者优先
-本科及同等学历
-Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years experience in a similar position  
-Desirable, you’ll have advanced problem solving and project management skills.  
-We want someone who is a confident PC user (SAP, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)), production planning systems. 

-You’ll also need to hold Bachelor’s degree or Equivalent Level

What will be your key responsibilities? 

-操作复杂机械设备与系统，调整生产工艺以提升产品质量与生产效率

-针对各类复杂生产低效问题制定优化解决方案
-对高复杂度设备及系统开展故障排查与问题诊断，实施预防性维修

-凭借专业技术主导大型设备翻新改造工作，并统筹复杂系统的规划安装
-落实整改措施或持续改善项目，并跟进监控落地效果，确保相关举措切实有效

-在每日工作实践中应用玛氏五大原则，遵守公司政策和标准操作流程

-把设备停机、失效与风险等随机的事件，在PM Pillar的领导下转化为可以预测、治理、复盘的管理

-提高安全和质量意识，提高效率，降低成本等

-Operate complex machines and systems, adjusting processes to optimize quality and productivity. Also responsible for generating solutions to complex inefficiencies. 
-Troubleshoot and diagnose highly complex equipment and systems for preventive repairs. Use expertise to lead major equipment re-builds and guide planned installation of complex systems. 
-Implement corrective actions or continuous improvement initiatives and monitoring them to make sure they are effective.
