We are looking for an outstanding Regional Bank Support Worker (Gloucestershire) with a passion for delivering excellent care.

You’ll have the opportunity to work bank shifts at our services across Gloucestershire, which include:

  • Broadoak - Riverside Lane, Newnham, Gloucestershire, GL14 1JF

  • Riverside House - Riverside Lane, Broadoak, Newnham, Gloucestershire, GL14 1JE

  • Dean Grange - Elton Corner, Newnham, Gloucestershire, GL14 1JG

  • Milestones - 9 Commercial Street, Cinderford, Gloucestershire, GL14 2RP

  • Redmarley - Pfera Hall, Bromsberrow Road, Redmarley, Gloucestershire, GL19 3JU

  • The Old Vicarage in Blakeney - Church Square, Blakeney, Gloucestershire, GL15 4DS

Your day-to-day…

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care

  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support

  • Learn about individuals’ specific needs & provide help in the most appropriate way

  • Assist with medical & welfare needs 

  • Report on medical & welfare needs as required

  • Safeguard

  • Maintain a safe, clean environment for all
