POSITION SUMMARY
New Balance Korea’s Sports Marketing Manager leads our sports marketing strategy, partnerships, and activation plans to strengthen brand credibility and drive sustainable growth. This role defines the long-term vision for sports marketing in Korea, ensuring alignment with global brand direction while adapting to the local sports landscape.
Working cross-functionally with regional and global sports marketing, brand, product, and commercial teams, the role develops and executes integrated marketing plans that elevate New Balance’s athlete, team, and event partnerships. The position oversees the local sports marketing team and partnership portfolio, ensuring impactful storytelling, strong brand visibility, and meaningful connections with athletes, teams, and fans across key sports categories
