Description

A performance marketing company on steroids is looking for an experienced PPC Team Lead to lead high-performing acquisition teams and manage the performance strategy for leading eCommerce brands in the US market.

This is a hands-on leadership role that combines team management, client-facing communication, and strategic ownership across multiple paid media platforms. You'll work closely with campaign managers, creative teams, and clients to drive measurable business growth through data-driven performance marketing.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Performance Marketing (Acquisition) Managers.

  • Own the overall paid media strategy for a portfolio of eCommerce clients.

  • Build scalable acquisition strategies across multiple advertising platforms, including Meta Ads and Google Ads.

  • Analyze performance, identify growth opportunities, and implement optimization initiatives.

  • Collaborate with creative, data, and account management teams to improve campaign performance.

  • Present performance updates, strategic recommendations, and business insights directly to clients.

  • Build and deliver professional client presentations.

  • Ensure high execution standards across campaign structure, testing methodology, measurement, and reporting.

  • Drive innovation by leveraging AI tools, automation, and new marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing.

  • Proven experience managing eCommerce accounts with monthly advertising budgets exceeding $200,000.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with Meta Ads and Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, scaling, attribution, and performance analysis.

  • Previous experience leading or mentoring team members is a strong advantage.

  • Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate business goals into scalable acquisition strategies.

  • Excellent analytical skills with a deep understanding of performance KPIs.

  • Exceptional client communication and relationship management skills.

  • Experience preparing and delivering executive-level client presentations.

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) – mandatory. The role requires frequent communication and presentations with US-based clients.

  • Experience working with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or similar platforms is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing campaigns across additional platforms such as TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, or Microsoft Ads.

  • Familiarity with attribution and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale, GA4, Looker Studio, or similar.

  • Experience working in a fast-paced performance marketing agency.

  • Strong understanding of creative testing methodologies and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
