- Evidence of leading requirements discovery through workshops, interviews and analysis, then translating findings into actionable delivery artefacts.
- Practical SQL experience used for data extraction, validation or problem investigation.
- Strong process-analysis, user-story, testing and documentation capability.
- Experience collaborating in Agile, cross-functional teams.
- A relevant bachelor's degree is required. Financial-services or African-market experience is advantageous.
