Main Responsibilities
1. Coordinate day to day logistic operations, including shipping, storage, also cargo distribution.
2. Analyze the performance of logistics operations and create strategies to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service to customers.

3. Ensuring all daily administrative activities run in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

4. Identifying potential issues in operational administrative processes and preparing mitigation steps.

5. Fully responsible for the validity of operational data, including transaction and logistics data, up to invoice issuance


General Responsibilities
1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.
2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.
3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.
4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in the logistics field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
  • Have a good communication skills to bridge coordination with the field team.
  • Basic understanding of MK3L / QHSE
