• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, applications, and network-related issues while delivering professional remote and on-site assistance
• Creating positive user experiences
• Building strong client relationships
• Contributing to a high standard of service delivery Requirements:
• 4+ years’ experience in a desktop support / IT support role • Strong technical troubleshooting skills (end-user, hardware, software, networks) • Work closely with the technical team and management • Provide day-to-day support to new and existing customers • Deliver reliable, friendly, and professional on-site and remote support • Confident liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal team members • Able to clarify expectations diplomatically but firmly
