Senior Scientific Advisor (m/f/d) Oncology

## Aufgaben

• **Scientific Leadership:** Act as the primary subject matter expert (SME) for in vivo oncology pharmacology.
• **Business Development Support:** Identify and shape new project opportunities to support business growth.
• **Client Interface:** Serve as the primary scientific contact for European clients.
• **Strategic Consulting:** Understand client needs and provide expert guidance to develop tailored scientific solutions for oncology drug discovery projects.
• **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with internal and global scientific teams to stay aligned on capabilities and technological advancements.
• **Proposal Development:** Translate complex client requirements into detailed scientific proposals and responses to RFPs.
• **Communication:** Prepare and deliver high-level scientific presentations and lead technical discussions, ensuring clear communication of complex concepts.
• **Advocacy:** Represent the company at scientific conferences and industry events.
• **Market Insight:** Gather industry and client insights to support the development of new services and innovation.

## Qualifikation

• **Education:** PhD or MD in Oncology, Pharmacology, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• **Experience:** At least 8 years of professional experience in oncology research and drug development.
• **Technical Expertise:** Strong proficiency in in vivo pharmacology models and a deep understanding of the oncology drug discovery process (from target validation to preclinical development).
• **Professional Background:** Proven experience in client-facing or advisory roles within a CRO, pharma, or biotech environment.
• **Communication:** Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey complex scientific concepts to diverse audiences.
• **Soft Skills:** Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, combined with high initiative, organizational talent, and adaptability.
• **Language:** Fluent English skills (written and spoken).
• **Mobility:** Willingness to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally.
