Description
We are currently hiring a Caregiver / Field Coordinator to join our growing team! This unique position combines hands-on caregiving with field responsibilities such as client admissions, home visits, and assessments, along with occasional office support.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their day, is organized, and has a passion for helping others both in the home and behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
In-Home Care
- Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help with mobility and transfers
- Follow care plans and document services
Field Duties
- Complete new client admissions and paperwork
- Conduct in-home assessments and safety checks
- Perform routine home visits for quality assurance
- Communicate updates to office staff and assist with care planning
Office Support (as needed)
- Assist with documentation, filing, and data entry
- Support scheduling or coordination tasks
- Attend team meetings and trainings
Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required)
- Must be dependable and professional
