Position Overview

The Business Intelligence Analyst will focus on leveraging data from Dynamics 365, WorkFORCE (custom web application) and other business applications to generate insights, develop reports, automate processes and drive informed decision-making through analytical solutions, including artificial intelligence tools. This role will also be responsible for developing new solutions and data analytics to improve user experience and address challenges and risks. This role will be working with cross-functional partners and will be responsible for development, testing, deployment of solutions and release management for PRSH and its subsidiaries.

 

Primary Responsibilities

• Extracts, analyzes, and interprets data from business applications and data repositories to create comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights using Power BI or other BI tools
• Understand mission-critical data structures and entities to extract relevant data for analysis and reporting
• Identifies trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and provides actionable insights to key stakeholders to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborates cross-functionally to understand data requirements and translate them into automated and intelligent solutions using artificial intelligence tools
• Stay updated with the latest artificial intelligence and data analytics trends and technologies to enhance the company’s technical capabilities and drive efficiencies
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and automation within data analysis and reporting
• Other duties as assigned

Education and/or Experience

 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field 
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar role. PowerBI, Azure Synapse and Fabric experience strongly preferred
• Strong working knowledge of Artificial Intelligence solutions, tools and development
• Proficiency in querying languages (SQL) and experience in data visualization tools such as Power BI
• Strong understanding of ERP data structures, entities, and modules
• Excellent project management, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Salary Range

USD $110,000.00 - USD $118,000.00 /Yr.
