Position Summary:
We are seeking a Finance Support Resource to assist with a finance project focused on fixed asset records and process documentation. This role is ideal for a fourth-year Accounting student or a recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review real and personal property asset accounts to identify and perform necessary reclassifications.
- Analyze and split Asset History/Asset Ledger between real and personal property classifications.
- Update the Asset Tax Ledger based on approved asset reviews and classifications.
- Assist in documenting Finance department procedures and standard processes.
- Support other finance project activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Fourth-year Accounting major or recent Accounting graduate.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage confidential financial information.
