QA Engineer

What you’ll achieve
As a QA Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and executing automated test scripts for web applications to ensure high-quality releases and software functionality. You, thrive in a team environment by making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.
You will:
Be a key member of Agile Scrum team and Lead and influence testing activities in Agile Scrum teams, championing practices such as test-driven development, continuous integration, and iterative testing to enhance software quality.
Drive collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring quality is embedded throughout the software development lifecycle rather than solely at the end.
Define and oversee the creation, maintenance, and execution of automated and manual test scripts, with a focus on maximizing automation coverage using tools like Selenium, Test Complete, and Playwright
Lead defect analysis, root cause investigation, and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.

Essential Requirements
Good 4+ to 8 years should have working knowledge or experience with automation test frameworks for web-based applications, and be capable of making small to moderately complex changes to existing frameworks using automation tools such as Selenium, TestComplete, Playwright, etc.
Should have a good Knowledge on Agile methodology and understand Agile practices (Daily scrum, Iteration planning, Retrospective, Test driven Development)
Should have a good understanding of STLC processes, QA life cycle and methodology
Strong working knowledge in preparing automation script using Java & Typescript with latest industry standards
Desirable Requirements
Experience working in healthcare software development or regulated environments
Good knowledge in configuring and scheduling jobs in CI / CD tools (Jenkins, AzureDevOps)
Keeping updated with the latest industry developments in Test Automation
Strong Database skills, in Oracle and SQL Server
