About the location:

There’s a certain magic in the air here that flows effortlessly through Old Town Square, onto Charles Bridge, over the Vltava and all the way up the tallest spires of Prague Castle – and that’s just what you can see from Four Seasons Hotel Prague. Centuries of wonder fill our walls, letting you trace the history of the city from the Baroque era to the neoclassical to modern day. Four Seasons Hotel Prague has a unique location, consists of three historical buildings connected to a new construction, has 157 rooms including 19 suites.

About the Role

As an In-Room Dining Server, you will create seamless and memorable dining experiences for guests in the comfort of their rooms. You will be responsible for delivering orders with care, precision, and attention to detail, ensuring each interaction reflects warmth and professionalism. As part of the Food & Beverage team, you will play a key role in maintaining high service standards and guest satisfaction.

What You Will Do

• Deliver food and beverage orders accurately, efficiently, and in a timely manner
• Set up and present in-room dining experiences with attention to detail and quality
• Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including food and wine pairings
• Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or concerns
• Accurately enter orders into the system and manage guest checks and payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service and operational areas
• Deliver guest amenities and refresh minibars as required
• Ensure all equipment and service areas are well maintained
• Support a smooth and professional service experience from order to follow-up

What You Bring

• Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality service preferred (1–2 years)
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Strong communication skills with good command of English
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality service
• Basic knowledge of POS systems and computer skills
• Positive attitude and guest-focused mindset

Schedule & Hours

• Full-time position.
• Expected schedule includes mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekend shifts.
