Responsibilities:
Management trainees work under the supervision of an experienced manager or team leader who are responsible for their on the job training and learning. They receive formal training in a variety of identified areas by the managers. Management trainees are trained with an expectation of taking on higher responsibility after a span of one year or more. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities:• Assist in administrative or production tasks that are assigned.• Conduct basic research topics based on assigned projects.• Communicate with Managers and other members of staff to ensure a smooth running of the project.• Support staff by taking detailed notes during meetings, inputting data into the computer and performing other tasks as required.
