De Functie

Er is één plek in Europa waar een bak ijs alleen maar voller wordt in plaats van leger.

Binnen de muren van de Ben & Jerry’s fabriek in Hellendoorn maken zo’n 160 medewerkers het lekkerste ijs van Europa. Vanuit Hellendoorn vinden alle ijsjes hun weg naar zo’n 25 landen in Europa. Al het Ben & Jerry’s-ijs op de Europese markt komt uit Hellendoorn. Hellendoorn is het middelpunt van dit grote proces. Alles draait om het maken van (h)eerlijk room- en plantaardig ijs met natuurlijke ingrediënten én veel aandacht voor milieu en samenleving. Zo is al het ijs van Ben & Jerry’s dat in Hellendoorn wordt geproduceerd 100% Fairtrade en wordt er binnen de fabriek gekeken naar hoe we zo energie neutraal mogelijk kunnen produceren.

Wil jij opgeleid worden als ALLROUND STORINGSMONTEUR?

NA EEN GEDEGEN OPLEIDINGS- EN INWERKPERIODE (1-2 JAAR) WORDEN DIT JOUW BELANGRIJKSTE VERANTWOORDELIJKHEDEN:

De afdeling technische dienst bestaat uit een enthousiast team van specialisten op diverse gebieden. De technische dienst is primair verantwoordelijk voor onderhoud en het oplossen van storingen, maar daarnaast ook bezig met continu verbeteren van de productielijnen in installaties om de efficiency van de fabriek te verhogen. Hiervoor wordt nauw samengewerkt met de lijnteams, de engineeringafdeling en technici van derden. Na verloop van tijd zijn dit je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden:

• Je lost technische verstoringen op, zowel mechanische als elektrische

• Je voert preventief onderhoud aan machines en installaties uit

• Je doet voorstellen om de installaties te verbeteren en storingen te reduceren

• Je begeleidt en voert overleg met specialisten van derden bij een technische storing tijdens je shift

• Je voert diverse administratieve werkzaamheden uit

• Je werkt in een ploegenrooster (vroeg-laat-nacht)

VEREISTEN VOOR DE OPLEIDING:

• Je beschikt over een MBO-3/MBO-4 niveau op het gebied van Mechatronica of Elektrotechniek.

• Je werkt gestructureerd, bent accuraat en analytisch.

• Je kunt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband werken.

• Je hebt een klantgerichte instelling en je beschikt over goede contactuele eigenschappen.

• Je bent enthousiast en hebt een proactieve en oplossingsgerichte instelling.

• Je hebt een goede dosis leergierigheid: je wilt alle technieken onder de knie krijgen en wij willen je daarbij helpen.

• Je beschikt over kennis van of hebt affiniteit met PLC-systemen en servobesturingsystemen.
