We’re looking for an Actuarial Associate to join our Actuarial team. In this role, you’ll collaborate with experienced professionals who are committed to solving important challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for our clients and communities. The applicant will form part of an energetic actuarial team, and the role would include working closely with both audit and non-audit clients in the insurance industry and the multi-disciplinary PwC insurance team in order to advise and provide assurance to our clients on various actuarial matters. 

Your Mission: 

Your career with PwC is what you make it. As our new Actuarial Associate, you will: 

• Support the actuarial team in delivering assurance and advisory services to insurance clients. 

• Assist in gathering and analysing data related to insurance products and risks. 

• Collaborate with team members to help prepare reports and documentation for clients. 

• Learn about regulatory requirements and industry best practices, including Solvency II. 

• Develop your technical skills under the guidance of experienced professionals. 

About You: 

We are looking for a motivated individual who: 

• Is pursuing or is in possession of a degree in Maths, Statistics, Finance, Engineering or with a similar background.  

• Is passionate about starting their Actuarial career and has an aptitude for learning. 

• Possesses strong written and verbal English communication skills. 

• Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills. 

• Is organised and capable of managing multiple tasks while demonstrating analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
