Graduate Assistant – Women’s Lacrosse (Offense, Draw Specialist)

Wingate University Women’s Lacrosse is seeking a highly motivated Graduate Assistant to join

our coaching staff.

This position is ideal for a candidate with strong experience on the offensive end and draw

control unit, who is looking to grow in the coaching profession while pursuing a master’s

degree.

Primary Responsibilities:

● Assist in planning and running offensive drills and game preparation

● Lead development of the draw unit (technique, strategy, scouting)

● Film breakdown and opponent scouting

● On-field coaching during practices and games

● Assist with recruiting, travel, and program operations

● Support player development both on and off the field

Qualifications:

● Collegiate playing or coaching experience (offense and/or draw preferred)

● Strong communication and leadership skills

● Passion for coaching and player development

● Acceptance into a graduate program at Wingate University
