However, MEDICard has taken the lead in providing innovative and productive ideas that cut down the cost of health maintenance without compromising its quality.
MediCard now boasts of more than half a million members and over 54,000 accredited doctors in over 1,000 hospitals and clinics nationwide. It also operates 16 MediCard free-standing clinics that provide services at par with those offered by hospitals minus the confinement.
MediCard is currently looking for assertive, dynamic and energetic individuals to fill up the following vacancy:
Responsible for developing and executing clear, compelling, and on-brand communications that support whole MediCard and customer engagement across multiple touchpoints.1) Develop and maintain sales communication materials including:1a Sales scripts and call guides (inbound sales model)
1b Product briefs, FAQs, and value propositions
1c Campaign key messages and talking points
1d Ensure messaging supports conversion, upsell, and cross-sell objectives for Individual and Family, Corporate products and Clinic Services
1e Translate complex product and benefit structures into simple, customer-friendly language.
2) Campaign & Go-To-Market Support
2a Support Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives by crafting:
2b Campaign messaging frameworks
2c Launch communications (internal and external)
2d Email, SMS, and digital content in coordination with Marketing
2e Partner with Product and Sales to ensure message-market fit across all customer-facing channels.
3) Brand & Content Governance
3a Ensure all communications are on-brand, compliant, and aligned with company tone and guidelines.
3b Act as a content quality gatekeeper for sales and marketing materials before release.
3c Continuously refine messaging based on sales feedback, performance data, and customer insights.
4) Internal Communications & Enablement
4a Create internal advisories, announcements, and briefing documents
4b Support onboarding and refresher communications for new products, promos, and process changes.
4c Work closely with Sales Leaders to identify communication gaps affecting performance.
