Title: Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer or Pilates Instructor
Location: Body Dynamic Inc. 41- S. Maple Ave. Suite #100 Falls Church, VA 22046
Schedule: Full-time or Part-time 

Practice Setting: Private Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice

Requirements:  Degree in Sports Medicine, Kinesiology, Exercise Physiology, or Physical Education with 3-5 years work or volunteer experience in the field. ACSM, NASM or Pilates certified personal trainers who have experience in corrective exercise, health coaching, strength training and conditioning, exercise prescription, and teaching Pilates, Yoga, Olympic lifting or other formats of Group Exercise classes. Additional experience with health coaching in a community setting or exercise prescription in special populations will help our new team member integrate very quickly with our client base. 

Compensation:  Starting at $58,656-$75,000 annually including a productivity-based bonus program.

• Revenue Sharing: We don’t want to just give a pat on the back for your productivity and hard work. We will share in the revenue that you generate beyond what is expected. As your average caseload increases, so does your compensation.
• Profit Sharing: A team profit sharing plan in which the organization contributes dollars into individual team member retirement accounts based on the success of the practice. Once eligible, you are automatically enrolled.
• Employee Stock We are 100% employee-owned! The employees of Movement for Life own all of the shares in our company. Eligible employees receive shares in the company at no cost to the employee and you are automatically enrolled.
• 401(k) You have the option to open a 401(k) account and contribute pre-tax dollars via payroll deduction and have a broad range of investment choices.
• Healthcare: Medical, dental, and vision plans are offered to eligible full-time employees. We cover $325/month of the cost. All eligible employees are enrolled in an employer-paid life insurance policy as well.
• Paid Time Off We offer 3 weeks or 15 days/year for the first 2 years of employment, 4 weeks or 20 days/year when beginning your third year, 5 weeks or 25 days/year after 10 years of employment. All PTO accrues per pay period to equal these amounts annually. Additionally, we offer selected paid holidays.
