You will provide independent assurance on IT systems and processes by evaluating risks, testing controls, and reviewing compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. You will help ensure that IT risks are properly managed and that key controls are working effectively to support business objectives.
You will be responsible for the following:
Assess IT systems, applications, infrastructure, and processes to identify risks and control gaps
Plan and execute IT audit activities based on risk prioritization
Evaluate the design and effectiveness of IT controls (security, access, data, and system controls)
Review compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, BSP, etc.)
Develop clear audit reports with findings, risks, and practical recommendations
Present audit results to stakeholders and management
Track and follow through on audit action plans and remediation status
Work closely with other auditors to align IT audit coverage with overall audit strategy
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field
Experience in IT audit, information security, risk management, or internal audit
Knowledge of IT controls, governance frameworks, and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST, BSP regulations)
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to write clear audit reports and present findings to stakeholders
Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CIA) are an advantage but not required
