Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The primary purpose of the L10 Process Excellence Manager is to own and drive the tactical execution, operational governance, and delivery of the financial planning Process Excellence portfolio, with a principal focus on the MCC hub and targeted integration with the ICC structure. Acting as the core operational engine of the team, the role is responsible for leading, coaching, and supporting direct reports while managing senior stakeholder communication to ensure full visibility and milestone adherence. Ultimately, the objective is to deploy standardization and automation workflows that optimize process efficiency across hubs, operating under the macro-strategic umbrella of the Plan & Report Lead.
Your Impact
As Process Excellence Plan & Report Manager your responsibilities would consist of:
1. Project Portfolio Execution & Governance
End-to-End Delivery: Own the execution and tactical deployment of the approved Financial Planning Process Excellence portfolio, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with standardization goals.
PMO & Progress Tracking: Establish and maintain robust tracking mechanisms to monitor project health, timelines, and value realization. Identify risks and bottlenecks early, implementing mitigation plans to keep the agenda on track.
2. Stakeholder Communication & Status Transparency
Operational Governance Reporting: Act as the primary engine for status transparency, translating complex project technicalities into concise, structured, executive-level updates for senior Financial Planning business partners and leadership.
Change Management Support: Partner closely with business unit stakeholders during project rollouts to ensure high adoption rates of automated tools, standardized templates, and optimized workflows.
3. Global Hub Collaboration & Synergy
Cross-Hub Operational Bridge: Actively identify and execute synergy opportunities between the MCC and ICC (India) hubs. Coordinate with ICC resources to ensure process consistency, scale best practices globally, and eliminate cross-hub operational redundancies.
4. People Management & Team Leadership
Direct Management & Coaching: Formally manage, guide, and support a team of five direct reports in MCC (2 x L08 Coordinator and 3 x L07 Analysts). Provide daily operational guidance, foster professional development, and act as their first point of escalation.
Workload Allocation & Productivity: Effectively delegate and balance project tasks across the team based on seniority levels, ensuring the local MCC engine operates efficiently and hits all project milestones.
Performance Management: Responsible for setting clear operational objectives, conducting performance evaluations, and building capability models for direct reports to ensure high engagement and technical growth within the Process Excellence function.
