Responsibilities include:
- Welcoming and assisting patients with professionalism and compassion
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining an efficient daily schedule
- Managing accounts receivable
- Processing insurance claims and assisting patients with insurance inquiries
- Coordinating front desk operations and administrative tasks
- Providing outstanding customer service while multitasking in a busy environment
Qualifications:
- Previous dental administrative experience is required
- Experience with ClearDent is considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of dental insurance and accounts receivable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Flexibility to work office hours as required
