Group IT provides technology strategy, governance, delivery, and support for all of Toll. The team enable Toll with the right technology foundations and business systems to grow the business and support our customer needs.
About the Role
At Toll Group, we move the businesses that move the world. As SAP Product Manager, you will provide strategic technical direction and leadership to ensure our SAP platforms deliver measurable business value, remain compliant, and scale with enterprise needs. You will own the SAP product lifecycle end-to-end—driving roadmap execution, managing vendor performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between delivery teams, operations, and business stakeholders.
A day in the life of a SAP Product Manager at Toll Group
- Lead the SAP product strategy, roadmap, and delivery outcomes
- Oversee SAP support operations, ensuring SLA and operational excellence
- Manage vendor performance and service delivery outcomes
- Drive incident resolution, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Coordinate delivery-to-run transitions for new solutions
- Engage stakeholders with clear communication on performance, risks, and priorities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Master’s degree (desirable)
- ITIL certification (preferred)
Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience managing SAP support in complex enterprise environments
- Strong knowledge of IT service management (incident, problem, change, release)
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA support models
- Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong analytical and root-cause problem-solving capability
