What You’ll Do
- Assist customers with questions, concerns, and product inquiries
- Process returns, exchanges, and front-end transactions
- Answer phones and provide customer support
- Maintain a clean and organized front-end area
- Support front-end team members and daily store operations
- Promote store programs, promotions, and loyalty initiatives
- Handle customer feedback professionally and efficiently
- Manage lottery machine operations and related procedures
- Follow company policies and customer service standards

Work Environment
- Fast-paced grocery store front-end environment
- Exposure to varying temperatures near entrances and exits
- Standing for extended periods; lifting up to 25–50 lbs
