Senior Business Process Analyst
Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS)
We are seeking a Business Process Analyst to join the Ecolab Business Solutions (EBS) as part of the Master Data Conversion team. This role plays a key part in delivering global SAP deployments, ensuring high‑quality, business‑ready Master Data across regions, business units, and complex data landscapes.
The Senior Business Process Analyst operates with a high level of autonomy, leading Master Data conversion activities, partnering closely with business and functional stakeholders, and driving data readiness, quality, and governance throughout the deployment lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Master Data conversion activities for SAP deployments across multiple regions and business units
- Own end‑to‑end data transformation for one or more Master Data domains from legacy systems into SAP
- Assess data migration scope, complexity, and quality; define and coordinate data cleansing and remediation activities with business teams
- Develop, review, and optimize data transformation logic using ETL solutions to extract, transform, and load Master Data
- Provide clear visibility on data readiness, risks, and quality to project and business stakeholders throughout the deployment lifecycle
- Guide countries and regions through the end‑to‑end SAP data migration process, ensuring adherence to standards and governance
- Act as a senior point of contact for complex data and system issues, providing business and technical diagnostics and resolution support
- Contribute to the definition and evolution of data conversion standards, best practices, and methodologies
Required Skills & Experience
- Extensive experience working with SAP Master Data (ECC and/or S/4HANA)
- Strong hands‑on experience with SQL and ETL / data transformation tools
- Deep understanding of Master Data domains and corresponding business processes, cross‑domain dependencies, and data governance principles
- Proven ability to work independently and lead Master Data activities within complex, global programs
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business‑relevant outcomes
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills
