Join our Engagement & Change Advisory team and help clients navigate complex change, stakeholder engagement and transformation challenges across a variety of sectors. This is a 12-month maximum term opportunity offering the chance to work on some of Australia's most significant projects while contributing to meaningful outcomes for communities, organisations and stakeholders.

What you’ll do

You will join us as a Senior Consultant in our Engagement & Change Advisory team based in our beautiful North Sydney office.  You will contribute to projects and programs that make a real difference and be part of a team that embraces challenges, welcomes diverse ideas, and design solutions with people and outcomes in mind. 

• Lead the development and delivery of communication, stakeholder engagement and/or change strategies across complex programs and projects.
• Build trusted relationships with clients, community representatives, project teams and key stakeholders across the public and private sectors.
• Facilitate workshops, stakeholder forums and engagement activities that support informed decision-making and project success.
• Design and implement change interventions that drive adoption, embed new ways of working and deliver sustainable outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice on stakeholder risk, community impacts, organisational readiness and change management approaches.
• Contribute to business development through proposal development, client relationship management and identifying new opportunities.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Work closely with technical, engineering and advisory specialists to deliver integrated client solutions.

What you’ll bring

We're looking for a strategic and commercially minded consultant who enjoys solving complex challenges and delivering meaningful outcomes for clients and communities. You’ll bring:

• Demonstrated experience in communications, stakeholder engagement, community engagement, social impact, change management or organisational transformation.
• Proven ability to deliver advisory outcomes within complex environments involving multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels.
• Experience leading workstreams, projects or programs and managing client relationships from inception through delivery.
• Strong facilitation, communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into practical recommendations.
• Experience working within infrastructure, energy, water, transport, government or built environment sectors will be highly regarded.
• A track record of contributing to business development activities, proposals, bids or client growth initiatives.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Communications, Change Management, Human Resources, Social Sciences, Psychology, Public Policy, Community Development or a related discipline.
