Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Plastic Surgeon with expertise in Microvascular Surgery to join a leading healthcare facility in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide advanced reconstructive and microsurgical procedures, delivering high-quality patient care in line with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform complex microvascular and reconstructive surgical procedures.
• Manage patients requiring breast, head and neck, limb, and trauma reconstruction.
• Conduct pre-operative assessments and post-operative follow-up care.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with clinical governance standards.
• Participate in departmental quality improvement, teaching, and professional development activities.

Requirements:

• Medical Degree with Specialist/Consultant qualification in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship or equivalent certification in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Extensive experience in Microvascular and Reconstructive Surgery.
• Eligibility for DHA Consultant licensure.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
