The Global Delivery Centre (GDC) in Gurugram is ERM’s global operating backbone. It delivers business enablement services in Finance, HR, IT, and Commercial Operations to ensure ERM’s global business runs seamlessly, efficiently, and consistently.
At the GDC, you will:
- Be part of a hub that ensures ERM’s business continuity worldwide.
- Collaborate with colleagues across geographies to support global operations.

Why this role matters?
As a Talent Intelligence Specialist, you will support ERM’s global hiring strategy by building talent pipelines, conducting market research, and providing data-driven talent insights. You will work within the Global Talent Acquisition team, partnering with recruiters, hiring managers, and business leaders across regions to identify and engage top talent. This role is critical in enabling proactive workforce planning, improving hiring outcomes, and supporting ERM’s growth through informed talent decisions.

What you'll bring:
- 3+ years of experience in talent sourcing, talent intelligence, recruitment research, or executive search.
- Strong expertise in candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent databases, social platforms, and advanced search techniques.
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms, preferably Workday.
- Excellent research, analytical, and data interpretation skills.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills with the ability to craft compelling candidate messaging.
- Experience gathering and presenting talent market insights, salary benchmarks, and competitor intelligence.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred:
- Experience supporting global recruitment or shared services environments.
- Exposure to talent mapping, workforce planning, or executive search methodologies.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting tools.
- Experience using AI-enabled sourcing, automation, or talent intelligence platforms.
- Certification in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR, or related disciplines.
