ING is looking for a Transaction Services (TS) Sales professional at Analyst level for the department Transaction Services Sales Netherlands.

Your role
The Transaction Services (TS) Sales Analyst is supporting the TS Sales colleagues with preparing client analysis, pitching decks, pricing proposals and other sales support tasks. TS Sales professionals offer the full suite of daily banking solutions to clients, both in the areas of Cash and Trade, including Payments & Cash Management, Liquidity Management, Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Bank guarantees and Letters of Credit. You will be in the frontline of our business, not only as first point of contact to our clients, but also as important sparring partner for our internal stakeholders.
Your key responsibilities
- You will conduct customer and/or transaction research using various data sources and present findings for further analysis.
- You will support TS Sales colleagues by preparing client and market analyses including peer comparisons, cash flows and profitability projections.
- You will prepare pitching books and reports based on company key figures for customer discussions.
- You will address operational and informational inquiries from external and internal partners.
- Initiate and coordinate internal and client meetings to obtain and streamline the required information for further analysis.
- Participate in customer meetings and calls, mostly together with senior colleagues.
- Execute regulatory processes.
Who are we looking for

Your success will be underpinned by understanding our daily banking products & solutions and/or corporate treasury operations in general, supporting your TS Sales colleagues in owning and managing deals from origination until signing of the mandate. As a TS Sales Analyst you will also need:
- Higher education (HBO) or University education (Bachelor or Master's degree) preferably in Economics, Accounting or Finance
- Basic analytical skills to conduct analysis and interpret results
- Ability to understand client issues and propose simple solutions
- Basic knowledge of Cash and/or Trade solutions for corporate clients is considered as a bonus
- At ease with managing time-sensitive projects with a large number of stakeholders
- Business-level communication skills (both verbal and written) in Dutch and English
