Job Summary
This position will lead the site-based maintenance team across four shifts operating in a 24/7 structure. Primary responsibilities include maximizing equipment and systems operation, providing technical leadership and mentoring to the maintenance team as well as executing equipment maintenance and projects in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment. This position will also provide input for budget development and capital planning including ensuring agreed upon financial commitments are met.Salary Range: $119,149-$166,645
Position is eligible to participate in a bonus plan with a target of 14% of the base salary.
Final pay determinations will depend on various factors, including, but not limited to experience level, education, knowledge, skills, and abilities.

Responsibilities
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES PERFORMED BY THE INCUMBENT
- Drive maintenance operations throughout the site: innovate, document, improve work methods, standardize, provide a safe work environment and require safe work practices, train, measure and analyze key performance indicators to improve processes and ensure equipment and systems are in optimal operating condition.
- Review and modify the existing preventative maintenance program to fit the ever-increasing need for continuous operation of systems/equipment.
- Assure proper troubleshooting of systems/equipment to minimize down-time and eliminate re-occurring of problems.
- Provide leadership, mentor and manage site-based maintenance staff.
- Develop maintenance business plans and provide guidance/direction for successful plan implementation including working closely with cross-functional teams to implement projects.
- Provide oversight for budget development and execution, and capital planning.
- Manage budget and contract documents including RFPs, purchase orders and invoicing.
- Help manage vendor support and equipment relationships.
- Communicate with senior leadership on maintenance and equipment issues as well as provide analysis and recommendations.
- Recruit, interview and hire bar raising maintenance talent as needed. Create and implement comprehensive training programs for staff to assure cross-training for team.
- Ensure department personnel are aware of Fresenius Kabi’s Environmental and Energy Management System including Environmental and Energy Policy as well as applicable ISO requirements.
