Are you enthusiastic about enhancing supply chain operations and contributing to successful projects? We are looking for a committed Supply Chain Advisor to become part of our team at the Commerce City Refinery. In this key position, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of supply chain management—including procurement, materials management, logistics, and contracting—to ensure these functions are carried out effectively in support of our business goals.
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000 Annually
Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training

Minimum Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in procurement or supply chain
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, energy, or refining environments preferred
- Understanding of SAP and procurement processes

Responsibilities:
- Support the procure-to-pay lifecycle by providing guidance on procurement strategies, clarifying business requirements, coordinating with Procurement Advisors, and ensuring compliance with established processes, policies, and governance requirements
- Work collaboratively with business stakeholders to resolve transactional challenges across the procure-to-pay lifecycle, including invoice issue resolution, and escalate complex matters as appropriate
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services
- Support sourcing events, bid evaluations, and contract implementation activities
- Monitor supplier performance and escalate issues as required
- Actively participate in team and site meetings, fostering strong stakeholder relationships and collaboration, while supporting the communication and reporting of Supply Chain performance to business stakeholders
Location & Other Key Details:
- This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Commerce City refinery business centre, located at 5455 Brighton Blvd.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday, with the potential for extended work hours based on business needs
- Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based years of experience and scope of work
