Your responsibilities will be to:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Management Team
Organizing meetings and managing calendars
Preparing presentations, reports, and business documents
Overseeing reception and general office administration activities
Arranging business travel for employees
Ensuring the efficient flow of correspondence, documents, and information within the company
Coordinating and actively participating in the company's Volunteer Team initiatives
Our requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree of education
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role
Very good knowledge of MS Office
Experience with GDPR-related matters would be an advantage
Fluent English, both written and spoken
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and under time pressure
High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and reliability
