Restaurant Manager

Location: Dutch Caribbean

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join a luxury resort operation in the Caribbean. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on hospitality professional with strong restaurant operations experience, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure consistently high service standards.

• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team.

• Maintain excellent guest satisfaction and handle feedback professionally.

• Coordinate closely with culinary and F&B leadership.

• Manage scheduling, staffing, inventory, costs, and operational efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and company standards.

Requirements

• Previous Restaurant Manager or similar F&B leadership experience.

• Luxury hotel or resort experience strongly preferred.

• Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.

• Comfortable working in an international island/resort environment.

Compensation & Benefits

• USD $4,000 gross per month

• Monthly tips and service charge

• One-bedroom, semi-furnished accommodation

• USD $125 gross monthly travel allowance

• Utilities are the employee's responsibility.
