Role Overview:
This role is responsible for contributing to and the implementation of the marketing strategy relating to private clients, professional connections, and relevant segments of investors. Lead and oversee brand awareness for these groups including advertising and sponsorships and key relationships. This role works closely with Brooks Financial marketing colleagues and the remit covers the whole of the UK.
Role Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for private clients and professional connections networks.
Collaborate with Brooks Financial regarding the creation of marketing collateral, including presentations, brochures, reports, and social and digital content, ensuring alignment with our brand and regulatory requirements.
End-to-end event management for both existing and prospective clients.
Create or input into advertising, advertorials, etc. aimed at these target audiences.
Lead campaigns targeted to these audiences to drive awareness and generate leads.
Analyse marketing data and performance metrics to optimise campaigns and measure their effectiveness.
Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Ensure all marketing activity adheres to the Brooks Macdonald regulatory risk framework and is compliant with local regulations across relevant jurisdictions.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Previous experience in leading, creating and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns at a corporate or brand level.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
In-depth understanding of marketing CRM tools, such as Pardot or similar to execute email marketing campaigns.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to manage own priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence at all levels of the organisation.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to utilise data to inform decision making.
Demonstrable experience in marketing. Experience in Asset or Wealth Management is a bonus but not a requirement.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field; a relevant postgraduate degree or professional qualification preferable.
