TSAOG Orthopaedics & Spine is looking for a Billing Manager who can develop people, drive performance, and help our billing operation continually improve. This role requires a strong leader who can balance team development, operational goals, and technical billing expertise.

What You'll Do

• Lead, train, coach, and support a team of billing professionals
• Drive department performance and accountability
• Monitor denials, identify root causes, and implement solutions
• Foster an engaged and high-performing team culture
• Oversee billing, collections, appeals, and reimbursement activities
• Analyze data, track metrics, and improve processes
• Champion new technology and innovative ways of working
• Partner with leadership to achieve department goals and operational excellence

What We're Looking For

• Strong knowledge of medical billing, coding, reimbursement, and modifier rules
• Proven ability to train, develop, and support employees
• Ability to maintain department goals and deliver results
• A leader who creates accountability while keeping employees engaged
• Comfortable adopting new technology and helping others do the same
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Orthopaedic billing experience preferred
• Athena experience is a plus
