Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM- NO WEEKENDS
Pay: $25–$28/hour (based on experience)


About the Role

Clinton Dental Group is looking for a detail-oriented Insurance Verification & Billing Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy and organization, with a strong focus on insurance verification and a genuine interest in dental billing. No certification required we're looking for the right attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn.

Requirements

What You'll Do

  • Verify dental insurance benefits and eligibility for scheduled patients
  • Submit and follow up on insurance claims to ensure timely reimbursement
  • Research and resolve claim denials, rejections, and outstanding balances
  • Communicate with insurance carriers to confirm coverage details and resolve discrepancies
  • Support the billing process, including posting payments and reconciling accounts
  • Maintain accurate patient insurance records in the practice management system
  • Collaborate with front office and clinical teams to ensure smooth patient financial experiences

What We're Looking For

  • Experience with dental insurance verification (required)
  • Comfort with or interest in billing and claims follow-up
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Clear communicator, both with patients and insurance representatives
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Dental office experience preferred; certification not required
  • Reliable and punctual this is an in-office role, Monday–Friday, 7:45 AM–5:00 PM
