We are currently seeking a Intelligence Targeting Analyst to support operations in Mexico City, Mexico. This position is contingent on contract award, with an expected start date of October 1, 2026. This is a full-time, OCONUS position requiring an active DoD TS/SCI Level clearance

What You’ll Do
As a Intelligence Targeting Analyst you will support a high-priority Special Operations mission outside of the continental United States. This position places you at the center of operational planning and targeting, integrating intelligence, joint fires, and operational effects to support decision-makers in a dynamic, mission-focused environment. 
This is an opportunity to apply your operational targeting expertise alongside some of the nation's most experienced Special Operations professionals in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your work directly influences mission success.  You will:
  • Leverage serialized and un-serialized intelligence reporting to identify targets of interest.
  • Use JWICS tools for developing targets, building patterns of life, and identifying associates of specified targets.
  • Build targeting baseball cards to effectively communicate findings to senior leaders.
  • Use Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) to develop targets, build patterns of life, and identify associates of specified targets.
  • Translate intelligence gaps into collection requirements for ISR platforms to collect against.
  • Develop correspondence and documentation (e.g., position papers, reports, briefings) supporting the targeting process.
  • Manage and leverage classified information, materials, and databases
What You’ll Bring
Required Qualifications:
Must be proficient in using different technologies such as computers and other tools and systems pertinent to the position.
  • Education & Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 
    • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered where applicable. 
    • Minimum of five (5) years of experience supporting joint targeting or joint fires planning. 
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Demonstrated experience managing the full targeting cycle to achieve both lethal and non-lethal operational effects. 
    • Experience supporting strategic and operational planning efforts within Joint or Special Operations environments. 
    • At least five (5) years of Special Operations targeting experience. 
    • Extensive experience utilizing intelligence systems and databases on JWICS for target development and intelligence analysis. 
    • Ability to work rotating schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays, in support of 24/7 operations. 
  • Clearance:
    • Must have a current and active DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
Preferred (Nice to Have):
  • Previous experience supporting USSOCOM, TSOCs, SMUs, or Joint Interagency Task Forces. 
  • Graduate of Joint Targeting School, Advanced Target Development courses, or equivalent military targeting programs. 
  • Experience integrating intelligence, operations, and fires to support time-sensitive targeting. 
  • Strong written and verbal briefing skills with experience presenting to senior military and government leadership. 
  • Ability to thrive in a high-tempo operational environment while managing multiple priorities simultaneously. 
Travel Requirements
  • Up to 10% travel for Temporary Duty Yonder (TDY) by motor vehicle and/or air travel may be required; some overnight stays possible.

    • Tucson, Arizona
  • Must have an active passport to support OCONUS travel and/or living requirements
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
  • Periods of prolonged sitting and/or standing, including desk-based computer work.
  • Travel between work locations, including company offices, customer sites, and government installations.
  • Occasional extended work hours, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
  • Transport and use of work equipment, such as laptops and job-related tools, during site visits.
  • Work is performed in a secure facility where personal electronic devices (including Bluetooth- or Wi-Fi-enabled devices) may be restricted.
  • Communication with team members, customers, and stakeholders through verbal and written methods.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities, work under deadlines, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Interaction with others in dynamic environments, including situations requiring problem-solving and conflict resolution.
