Description
National Accounts Service Coordinator Opportunity Summary:
The National Accounts Service Coordinator (NASC) is the operational backbone of the national accounts program — the single point of contact for every service request, repair update, and customer concern generated by the company's Class 5–8 fleet accounts. While the National Accounts Manager builds and grows the portfolio, the NASC ensures that every account experience is seamless, proactive, and consistently excellent.
This is not a call center role. It requires deep organizational skills, calm under pressure, genuine customer care, and the ability to coordinate across multiple internal branches and service teams simultaneously — all while keeping the customer informed and confident that their fleet is in good hands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Intake & Triage
- Branch Coordination & Dispatch
- Customer Communication & Daily Status Updates
- Problem Resolution & Escalation Management
- Account Administration & Reporting
Qualifications:
Required
- 3+ years in a customer service, account coordination, service dispatch, or operations role — ideally in a multi-location or field service environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open issues simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and follow-through on every one
- Strong written and verbal communication skills — comfortable delivering both good news and bad news to demanding customers with clarity and calm
- Experience working with CRM platforms and service management or dispatch software to track open work, log interactions, and generate reports
- High organizational discipline — a natural system-builder who does not let things fall through the cracks under pressure
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven environment without losing attention to detail on the work already in progress
Preferred
- Background in commercial trucking, fleet maintenance, heavy equipment, or automotive service — familiarity with Class 5–8 vehicles and maintenance terminology is a strong advantage
- Experience in a service dispatcher, fleet coordinator, or field service coordinator role in a mobile or multi-branch service operation
- Familiarity with fleet management systems (Fleetio, Dossier, Geotab, Samsara, or equivalent) used by fleet maintenance departments
- Prior experience supporting a national accounts or key accounts program as an inside coordinator or client services role
- Exposure to DOT compliance, PM scheduling, or commercial vehicle breakdown response processes
Employee Rewards and Benefits:
- 8 Paid Holidays & 1 Paid Wellness Day
- Paid Time Off
- Employee Referral Bonus Program

- 401k with a Company Match
