SAP SFL EWM-ASRS

工作职责:

1. 参与 SAP EWM 项目实施，负责需求收集、Fit/Gap 分析、业务流程设计及系统功能设计；

2. 主导或协助全球项目上线及实施（Global Rollout），确保项目的顺利交付；

3. 制定并执行用户培训计划，提供详细的培训材料及可操作指导文档；

4. 参与系统测试及支持工作，包括测试案例设计、测试执行及问题解决；

5. 负责系统上线后运维支持，为用户提供技术支持并及时解决问题，确保系统稳定运行；

6. 与客户及内部团队紧密协作，确保项目进度和交付质量符合预期目标；

任职要求:

1. 具备五年及以上 SAP EWM 项目经验，至少参与过三个完整的实施项目；

2. 有 SAP 全球实施项目（Global Rollout）的实际经验；

3. 熟悉 Fit/Gap 分析方法，能够根据业务需求设计并实施高效的解决方案；

4. 拥有业务流程设计及系统功能设计的实际操作经验；

5. 熟悉用户培训、测试及技术支持的工作流程，能够独立完成相关职责；

6. 拥有良好的沟通和团队协作能力，能够快速理解客户需求并与团队成员紧密配合；

7. 优秀的问题解决能力，能够在紧急情况下快速反应并提供高质量的解决方案；

8. 英语流利，能够支持跨国项目沟通和执行工作；
