Job Responsibilities
- Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity (SQDCP) objectives while ensuring workforce discipline and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute short-term and long-term operational strategies aligned with business goals and capacity requirements.
- Drive rapid problem resolution and recovery actions while proactively managing operational risks and escalations.
- Partner effectively with EH&S, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and other cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Lead continuous improvement, productivity, cost reduction, yield enhancement, and process optimization initiatives across manufacturing operations.
- Develop manufacturing processes and technologies into sustainable high-volume manufacturing solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and competitiveness.
- Lead, coach, and develop engineers, supervisors, and technicians through performance management, talent development, and succession planning. [
- Monitor shop floor performance through data-driven management systems and ensure timely reporting, execution, and decision-making.
- Foster a culture of safety, accountability, innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 8+ years manufacturing/engineering experience with 3-5 years of leadership experience.
- Proven record in SQDCP management, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
- Strong leadership, talent development, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage operational risks, drive execution, and lead high-performing teams.
- Six Sigma/SPC, ERP/MRP, and manufacturing analytics experience preferred.
