Office Associate / New Patient Concierge
Schedule: Mon - Thurs 7 a.m. - 4 p.m. and every other Friday 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Pay: $21 - 23 / hr.

What You’ll Do:
Coordinate and welcome new patients in by managing incoming emails, texts, calls, and other inquiries.
Schedule appointments, verify insurance, and inform new patients of process & expectations.
Maintain an organized and professional front desk environment
What You Need:
Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred - but not required!
Ability to learn & utilize dental practice software and multitasking
Friendly, reliable, and detail-oriented
Ability to consistently provide positive first impressions
