Junior Case Manager / Investigations Support

Bella Vista $70,000 + Super | 9am–5pm | Monday–Friday | Full Time

Love reading, research, and putting a mountain of information together?

This is NOT your typical admin role.

We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys reading detailed documents, analysing information, writing and formatting reports, and making sure every detail is accurate before it goes to the client.

You’ll be supporting a small, close-knit investigations team working across Workers Compensation, Insurance, Legal and Government matters.

The role:

• Review and collate large investigation reports, statements and evidence
• Prepare, format and proofread detailed reports
• Conduct desktop and social media research
• Download and organise evidence
• Liaise with investigators and track cases
• Update case information and provide general Case Management support

You’ll suit this role if you:

• Have excellent written and verbal English
• Enjoy reading and working with detailed information
• Are highly organised and ridiculously detail-oriented
• Have strong Word/MS Office skills
• Are naturally curious and enjoy research
• Understand platforms like Facebook, Instagram & TikTok
• Take feedback well and genuinely want to learn
